Vance is a native of Southern California and has always enjoyed art. He works in many mediums and on many surfaces. His paintings on black leather jackets cannot be equaled. He is a creature of his times, excelling in tattooing and now moving into the area of painted shoes. His motto is "It is simply meant to be." Music is his major influence!
